Our sparkling wines are exclusively made with Traditional Method, undergoing secondary fermentation in bottle. We continue to use Reserve Wine System for MV Blend series — a varying proportion of these reserve wines is blended with the current vintage's base wine before secondary fermentation. This technique enhances the wines' complexity and defines their distinctive style.
